MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS AND STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINER

I have always searched for ways of self-improvement that can help lead a harmonious, joyful, and fulfilled life. I have visited India six times, participating in various complex training programs at the O&O Academy. There, I obtained my meditation instructor certification, and later, I earned a Mindfulness Trainer certification through the Mindfulness Now program at Oxford.

I have been conducting meditation courses and classes for beginners and advanced students for many years, also teaching proper breathing techniques and various stress management methods.

Meditation means a lot to me: it represents a way of life I cannot imagine living without. It provides security and a foundation, regardless of what happens in my life or the world, and it offers a way to maintain my inner harmony. I consider daily stress relief as a critical goal because I feel it's the only way to cope with the challenges of today's world.

It brings me immense joy to share my knowledge and experiences with others and to see their progress as they experience this wonderful aspect in their lives.
