This class type is a blend of fitness and dance, following an easy-to-follow choreography based on Latin and jazz foundations, but it also incorporates some elements of ballet and modern dance. It's a dynamic, cardio-based form of movement that primarily aims to mobilize the body, improve circulation, and increase endurance. At the same time, focusing on the choreography makes it an excellent tool for complete mental relaxation.
