The building

Like the other villas in Pasarét, Villa11 has a 1930s elegance. The new owners paid special attention to the preservation of value during the renovations, and with the help of interior designer Kata Sütő, the villa has been designed to be a modern, multi-functional, exclusive interior that retains the elegance of its past. In designing the new interior, the interior designer's aim was to combine bourgeois elegance with contemporary design, taking into account the traditions of cultural salons. The interior thus harmoniously combines antique furniture and accessories with iconic design elements such as Gino Sarfatti's chandelier, originally designed in 1958.

Classic shapes have been complemented by fresh, lush colours and materials, as well as playful forms: for example, the lounge on the Salon level features armchairs upholstered in pastel pink, midnight blue and mustard velvet, while the kitchen's austerity is broken up by Aim lamps floating on Flos wires. Lightness and elegance characterise every room in Villa11, from the small meeting room on the upper level to the café on the lower level.

The interior spaces of the building have been designed to adapt easily to the current functions. To this end, much of the furniture is movable and special lighting technology on the walls ensures that the ever-changing works of art are well lit. The most important aspect in the design of the spaces was to create a homely, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, while striving for the highest quality, whether in the public spaces or in the wellbeing facilities. The Wellbeing Centre, for example, features solid oak flooring and the latest, most ergonomic Pilates equipment, while the changing rooms are furnished with Inkiostro Bianco wallpaper and solid wood furniture to create a homely atmosphere.

Villa11 is a true multifunctional building, offering all its services to its guests to an exceptionally high standard. The result of the renovations is the rebirth of an elegant, bourgeois salon, complemented by the latest technologies and design elements, fully meeting the expectations of the 21st century.
