I was introduced to the Stott Pilates method in 2007 – I immediately developed a love and commitment to it. I am proud to have learned this technique from one of the most highly qualified master teachers in Europe: Krisztián Mélykuti.

The holistic methods I advocate are recommended for everyone, regardless of age and gender. During my classes, precisely designed, harmonious movements and exercises strengthen, shape and tone the body and develop a quality body awareness. In my private classes, I create a personalised and effective lesson plan for everyone, which, thanks to special breathing techniques, creates a harmony between the combined effect of training and relaxation. For my guests I try to create physical, mental and spiritual harmony while practising all three forms of movement, and I pass on my knowledge with passion and love. My motto: "I believe that change happens through movement."
