YIN YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a passive form of yoga that can be an excellent complement to active, dynamic, yang-type yoga classes or other forms of movement. The exercises are mostly done sitting or lying on the floor, trying to fully relax the muscles and release tension in the body. Yin yoga has a powerful effect on the emotions, mental health, cleansing, detoxifying and calming, while keeping you young by nourishing joints, ligaments, cartilage and bones and preventing dehydration. Regular practice helps us to balance and better understand our inner workings and emotions. An excellent complement to yin yoga is the singing bowl, whose tones at the right time are an effective way to deepen relaxation.
