When we worry, feel anxious, scared, or angry, these emotions block the free flow of life energy in our body. Our breathing changes, and although it becomes more rapid, our bodies receive less oxygen, which can lead to exhaustion and illness over time. Meditation prevents the formation of these states of consciousness: it promotes emotional balance, strengthens the immune system, and initiates self-healing processes. Its effects make us calmer, improve our performance, and help us become more successful and creative. It can also enhance our self-healing processes, boost self-confidence, increase energy levels, and strengthen a positive outlook on life. Through meditation, we can create a peaceful, joyful state that naturally makes us feel better. It eliminates tensions, anxiety, and worry.
