JUDIT KONCZ

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Exercise has been a part of my daily life since childhood. I started riding horses at a young age, engaged in martial arts, and practiced yoga, before being admitted to the Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy. I continued my studies at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, where I had the opportunity to attend classes taught by internationally renowned instructors. During my years at the academy, I earned a diploma as a Pilates mat instructor.

I fell in love with the technique, so learning the Pilates Reformer was the next step for me. I place great importance on the conscious use of the spine and its health, and I believe in the importance of proper posture. I enjoy working with both young and older people alike, believe in the human body's self-healing capabilities, and that health is a right that should be independent of age.
