PROFESSIONAL DIRECTOR, YOGA AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

At the beginning of my career, I worked as an actress and model, and sports have been an integral part of my life since my teenage years. Pilates and yoga brought about a complete transformation for me: they help me love and accept my body and thereby myself.

I first encountered pilates at Anna Decker's studio—it was love at first sight and completely enchanted me. Since I saw visible results within a few weeks, I was thoroughly convinced by the method, so I later completed Anna’s full instructor training in mat and reformer pilates. I continue to educate myself to this day, participating in various workshops to provide the best to my clients, and I often combine my classes with yoga elements.

Pilates motivates, teaches perseverance and fighting spirit, and makes you strong both physically and mentally. The movements start from the deep muscles, so they shape the body very effectively and tone the muscles.

The key is regularity, persistence, battling with yourself to not give up—and the results speak for themselves. After every session, I love feeling the transformation in my body and the gratitude in my heart for treating myself well, knowing that my body appreciates the care.
