SUNRISE YOGA

Morning is the best time to practice yoga from an energetic point of view, as it helps us to gently wake up our body and mind. The class starts with a tune-up, followed by a wake-up call to the healthy flow of the body and nervous system with sun salutations, and finally with exercises focusing on balance. We also use this series of exercises to positively influence the functioning of our energy system.
