Somatic training helps you experience the power and harmony within your body. This gentle and soft form of movement supports you to release stored tensions and blocks in the body, while restoring natural movement patterns and increasing body awareness.

How does it work?

I also added elements of yin yoga to the somatic exercises, so that through slow, gentle movements we release traumas stored in the body, reduce stress and thus cortisol levels, calming the overwrought nervous system.

 Whether you're a beginner or a long-time self-study practitioner, the training gives every woman the opportunity to feel at home in her own body again.
