The foundation of this meditation program is the practice of chakra cleansing exercises. Originating primarily from Indian traditions, these exercises immediately quiet the mind, center us, and provide a solid foundation for experiencing the profound benefits of meditation. Chakras are energy centers located within our body. Disturbed or blocked chakras can lead to serious physical and emotional problems. Each meditation session focuses prominently on harmonizing our seven main chakras. Through various breathing exercises, mantras, and visualization meditations, the effects of chakra cleansing are immediately felt. The better our chakras function, the more harmonious, healthier, and fuller our lives become.
