DANCE FIT
This class is a blend of fitness and dance, based on Latin and jazz fundamentals, but also incorporates elements of ballet and modern dance.

This dance class provides continuous, lyrical, and fluid movement. It helps increase body awareness, self-confidence, flexibility, and agility.
