In this class, guests use a special device known as a reformer, which features a horizontally moving platform with springs, pulleys, and straps to provide the appropriate resistance for performing exercises.
In addition to resistance, the machine also provides support, which can be particularly beneficial for beginners. More challenging exercises can later be performed correctly on a mat without springs and straps. Reformer pilates is one of the most versatile forms of exercise, with a nearly endless variety of exercises. It is a recommended workout for both men and women. It mobilizes the entire body, improves posture, sculpts, and tones the muscles, and even guests with back pain can safely try it. An excellent supplementary form of exercise for young and old alike.
