  • DYNAMIC

    In dynamic yoga, the individual traditional poses (asanas) are combined with breathing exercises to form a continuous sequence of movement.

  • HATHA

    Hatha yoga is one of the most widespread forms of yoga, which, in addition to sequences of movements, can also include relaxation and meditation practices.

  • AYURVEDIC

    A specialized type of yoga based on Ayurvedic principles, which can provide effective assistance in correcting individual imbalances.

  • SOUND BOWL YIN

    Yin yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced mainly on the floor. The singing bowls that sound during the practice help to achieve deeper relaxation.

  • SUNRISE

    Morning is the best time from an energetic perspective to practice yoga. This sequence positively influences the functioning of our energetic system as well.

  • YIN

    Yin is passive, calm, and introspective, in contrast to the yang element's active, dynamic, and active qualities. Yin yoga harmonizes these two qualities.
